摘要
介绍了北京新机场东航基地项目核心工作区一期工程的绿色技术应用,项目在设计各个阶段都积极秉承绿色设计理念,逐步将绿色技术与建筑功能特点、北京市气候特点融合,最终形成了一套适宜的绿色技术体系。尤其是项目采用的多种形式遮阳立面设计,地源热泵、太阳能光热、光伏发电系统应用、建筑预制构件使用等技术的应用,为今后各地的绿色建筑建设提供很好的借鉴。
This paper introduced the green technique application in core work area phase-I project of east terminal base of Beijing Daxing International Airport. This project positively insisted on the green design concept in all design stages and gradually combined green techniques with the functional characteristics of building and climatic characteristics of Beijing, to form a set of suitable green technique system. Especially the diversified sunshade facade design and application of various techniques, such as ground source heat pump, photovoltaic power generation system and precast building elements, etc., provided references for future green building construction in different areas.
