Four human resource management modules, such as talent recruitment, salary welfare, performance appraisal, training and development, etc., were founded with full consideration of various factors. Based on localization and informatization, foreign human resource management system was implemented in daily enterprise operation, to save labor cost, improve management efficiency and realize adaptation to local development. This is a key factor for Chinese transnational enterprises to face the uncertain factors of world economy and to possess the advantage in competition in the new era.
