摘要
脑胶质瘤是颅内最常见的恶性肿瘤,发病率有逐年升高的趋势。目前,手术切除是唯一的方法。对胶质瘤术前进行分级,对指导临床治疗方案及预后有着重要的作用。近几年随着磁共振技术的迅猛发展,利用磁共振技术在手术前对胶质瘤进行分级有着越来越重要的作用。此文就近几年的磁共振技术,包括磁敏感加权成像(SWI)、定量磁敏感图(QSM)、磁共振灌注成像(PWI)、磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)、磁共振扩散张量成像(DTI)、磁共振扩散峰度成像(DKI)、体素内不相干运动成像(IVIM)、磁共振波谱成像(MRS)、化学饱和交换成像(CEST),在胶质瘤分级中的运用展开综述。
Glioma is lhe most common malignant tumor in the brain, and the incidence of glioma is increasing year by year. Currently, surgical resection is the only option. The preoperative grading of glioma plays an important role in guiding the clinical treatment and prognosis. In recent years, with the rapid development of magnetic resonance technology, the use of magnetic resonance technology in the preoperative grading of glioma has an increasingly important role. This review reviewed the application of magnetic resonance imaging techniques,including magnetic resonance susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI), quantitative susceptibility mapping(QSM), magnetic resonance perfusion imaging (PWI),magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging (DWI), magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging (DTI), magnetic resonance diffusion kurtosis imaging (DKJ), intravoxel incoherent motion imaging (IVIM), magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS), chemical exchange saturation transfer (CEST) in the grading of glioma in recent years.
