摘要
乐山中心城区实行"双水源,互备用,一张网,全覆盖"城乡一体化供水发展格局,双水源即大渡河和青衣江。通过对两个水源水十年监测数据统计分析,得出两江水源水的自然水质特征和污染性指标表现情况及评价,表明两江水源水除自然特征性指标浊度变化大、污染指标粪大肠菌群易超标外,其余指标均稳定且大多优于地表水环境水质标准Ⅱ类,两江水源水质指标趋势良好。通过对两江水源水相应水厂出厂水消毒副产物、微生物指标及浊度指标监测数据统计,水厂通过采用复合二氧化氯消毒和强化常规处理工艺完全可以很好地应对原水微生物指标超标及夏季高浊度原水的情况,出厂水水质完全有保障且趋势良好。同时,两水源地规范化建设工作的完成,水源保护地方条例的出台,进一步促进了饮用水水源保护。因此,乐山中心城区大渡河和青衣江两饮用水水源可以作为永久性水源加以保护。
Leshan central city implements"double water source,mutual backup,one network,full coverage"urban and rural integrated water supply development pattern,the dual water source is Dadu River and Qingyi River.Through the statistical analysis of the monitoring data of Dadu River and Qingyi River from 5 to 10 years before 2018,natural water quality characteristics and pollution indicators performance and evaluation of the two water sources were obtained.In addition to turbidity and fecal coliform,the other indicators were stable and mostly better than the surface water environment water quality standard class II,which mean water quality of Dadu River and Qingyi River was getting better.Through monitoring data of disinfection by-products,microbial indicators and turbidity indicators of the corresponding water plants of Dadu River and Qingyi River,it indicated that water treatment plants(WTPs)could completely cope with the excessive microbial indicators of raw water and high turbidity raw water in summer by using composite chlorine dioxide disinfection and adding coagulant.Water quality of WTPs was guaranteed and was getting better.At the same time,the standardization of the two water sources was completed in 2018.Therefore,Dadu River and Qingyi River in the central city of Leshan could be used as a permanent source of water.
