摘要
安徽某市新建石化危化品码头选址位于现状第二、三水厂取水口上游3.7km处,由于该处为现状取水口的二级保护区边缘,码头的建设对现状水厂取水水质存在安全风险,故需对原水厂取水口进行迁建。文中结合城市总体规划及水功能区划的要求,提出取水口的两种迁建方案,并对方案进行了技术和经济比较。
A new hazardous petrochemical terminal will be built in a city of Anhui Province.It is located 3.7 km at the upstream of the water intake of the second and third water plants,on the edge of secondary protection zone for water intake,which poses a safety risk to the intaking water quality of the water plants,so it is necessary to relocate the original water intake.Based on the requirements of general urban planning and water function zoning,two relocation proposals are made and compared in both technical and economic aspects in this paper.
