自来水厂排泥水处理系统调试改进案例

Case Study of Adjustment and Improvement of Sludge Water Treatment System in Waterworks

以采用青草沙水库水作为原水的上海南汇自来水有限公司南水厂的排泥水处理项目为实例,分析系统调试运行和改造过程中出现的问题。针对污泥浓缩、污泥调制、滤布选型、滤布清洗多个工艺环节进行调整,提出了系统的改进措施。

The sludge water treatment project in south WTP of Shanghai Nanhui Water Supply Comoany is taken as an example,which adopts Qingcaosha reservoir water as raw water.The problems occurred in the operation and reconstruction of the system are analysed.The improvement measures of the system are put forward to adjust the processes of sludge concentration,sludge modulation,filter cloth selection and cleaning etc.
