水嘴耐腐蚀性能检测方法的探讨

摘要 表面耐腐蚀性能是水嘴产品的重要性能之一,历年抽查结果显示该项目合格率较高,但是生活中水嘴产品出现表面腐蚀,导致机械卡阻,进而缩短了使用寿命的现象屡见不鲜。针对常见的水嘴本体和镀层表面材质,进行了乙酸盐雾和铜加速乙酸盐雾试验,对比了各试验周期的试验结果后,建议生产商延长盐雾试验周期,为未来制订水嘴及相关产品标准提供了试验基础。 Corrosion resistance is one of the most important properties of faucets,the results of spot check over the years show that the qualification rate of corrosion resistance is high.However,faucets are easily corroded to have mechanical failure in daily life.Therefore,the service life of faucets is shortened greatly.Several common kinds of faucet materials were chosen for acetic acid salt spray(AASS)test and copper-accelerated acetic acid salt spray(CASS)test.The results of different experimental periods were compared,suggesting that the manufacturer should extend the experimental periods.It provides the experimental basis for the future revision of standards for faucets and related products.
