摘要
随着对环境质量要求提高,为了加强对重点流域环境治理,城镇污水处理厂排放水质需升级到一级A标准。石洞口污水处理厂采用UNITANK工艺运行过程中除磷效果不稳定、污泥性状不佳导致单独生物除磷难以达到一级A排放要求。高效沉淀池作为辅助除磷手段,在污水处理厂强化除磷方面的应用值得探究,文中对高效沉淀池除磷效果、药剂投加控制、污泥回流与排放管理等实际应用进行分析,确定最佳控制范围,可有效改善除磷效果。
To strengthen the environmental management of key river basin,the discharge water quality needs to meet the first grade A standard of the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).To solve the stability in dephosphorization effect of UNITANK in Shidongkou Wastewater Treatment Plant,phosphorus removal can be achieved by high-efficiency sedimentation tank.This paper explores the solutions of UNITANK in improvement of phosphorus removal,dose control,excess sludge discharge,sludge return,and optimal range.
