摘要
针对我国污水处理厂污泥传统厌氧消化降解率较低、产气率低的问题,采用了一种先进的“污泥热水解+高含固厌氧消化+脱水+干化+沼气干式脱硫”组合处理工艺。工程运行结果表明,系统抗冲击能力强、运行效果良好,厌氧消化段污泥含固率可达10%以上,平均VS降解率高于42%,沼气产率约为0.37m^3/(kgVS投加),即0.88m^3/(kgVS去除)。
In Face of the insufficient degradation rate and low gas production rate of conventional anaerobic digestion of sewage sludge in China,an advanced treatment process of sludge with thermal hydrolysis,high solids anaerobic digestion,dewatering,thermal drying and biogas dry desulfurization is put forward.Operation results show that the solid content of the feedstock is higher than 10%with high capability of resisting impact.The average VS degradation rate is higher than 42%and the biogas production is about 0.37 m^3/(kg VSadded)[0.88 m^3/(kg VSremoved],which indicats that the system runs in high performance.
