Performance Evaluation of Phosphorus-Free Scale and Corrosion Inhibitor WL-5007A for Power Plants

文中介绍了电厂专用无磷阻垢缓蚀剂WL-5007A的阻垢及缓蚀机理,对其缓蚀、阻垢性能进行了试验评价。结果表明,该阻垢缓蚀剂具有优良的阻垢、缓蚀性能,能有效抑制系统结垢及腐蚀,能够满足电厂循环冷却水系统在高浓缩倍数条件下运行。药剂无磷、无氮,与常规药剂相比,对环境友好,具有现场推广应用价值。

This paper introduced the scale and corrosion inhibition mechanism of WL-5007A,a special phosphorus-free scale and corrosion inhibitor for power plants,and evaluated its corrosion and scale inhibition performance.The results showed that the scale and corrosion inhibitor had excellent scale and corrosion inhibition performance,and could effectively control scaling and corrosion.It could meet the requirements of circulating cooling water system in power plant under high concentration ratio.It had no phosphorus and nitrogen.Compared with conventional agents,it was environmentally friendly and had the value of field application and popular-ization.
