From the aspects of improving the efficiency of the procurement,reducing procurement costs and enhancing the level of material management,application of VAMS in spare parts procurement,collaboration with spare parts management,and synergistic vision of fixed assets management in water treatment plant are discussed,which is to explore the practice of VAMS in water treatment plant and its further conceive.
