按照上海市节水型社会建设的总体要求,立足上海水资源现状和发展需求,结合地区实际,分析了上海市雨水利用和管理的现状特点,提出符合上海实际的雨水利用和综合管理方向和对策,为今后开展雨水利用提供指导性技术依据,推进上海市节水型社会以及海绵城市的建设。

According to the general requirement of water-saving society construction for Shanghai,based on the current situation and development demand of the water resources in Shanghai and combined with the regional reality,the characteristics of rainwater utilization and comprehensive management in Shanghai are analyzed,and its orientations and countermeasures in accordance with the actual situation in Shanghai are put forward,which provides a directional and guiding technical basis for rainwater utilization in the future and promotes the construction of water-saving society and sponge city for Shanghai.
