网架高强螺栓M27疲劳性能的理论与试验分析 被引量:3

THEORETICAL AND EXPERIMENTAL ANALYSIS OF FATIGUE PERFORMANCE OF M27 HIGH-STRENGTH BOLT IN SPACE TRUSSES

摘要 采用ABAQUS有限元软件,分析得出了应力集中较为严重的两个主要部位:过度圆角处和啮合第一螺纹齿根处。其中,第一螺纹齿根处最为严重,通过试验证明了裂纹是在应力集中程度最大的表面形成的;得到了M27高强螺栓在2种应力幅下的8个常幅疲劳试验数据和S-N曲线的斜线段,其斜率绝对值为3.8029,位于国际公认的3~4区间;通过与国内已有试验数据的S-N曲线和GB50017—2017《钢结构设计标准》许用应力幅比较,同时借助金相分析,进一步研究了疲劳破坏的破坏机理及影响因素。 Using the finite element software ABAQUS,the two main stress concentration parts of the bolt was obtained that were the excessive filled and the first thread root,and the first thread root was the most serious part.At the same time,the crack was often formed on the surface with the highest stress concentration.With fatigue test device,eight constant amplitude fatigue test data of M27 high-strength bolt under the two stress amplitudes were obtained.The S-N curve of oblique line segment of M27 high-strength bolt was obtained and the slope absolute value was 3.802 9,which was located in the internationally recognized 3~4 interval.Compared with domestic existing test data and the allowable stress amplitude according to the Code for Design of Steel Structures(GB 50017-2017),at the same time with the aid of metallographic analysis,the further study on the fatigue damage failure mechanism and influence factors was conducted.
