摘要
介绍了局部应力应变法的基本原理,在修正Neuber法的基础上,结合能量法的原理,通过修正应变疲劳曲线的弹性部分和变Kf(疲劳缺口系数)法来推导得到钢结构疲劳裂纹的形成寿命预测计算式。通过实例计算对传统局部应力应变法和提出的修正局部应力应变法的计算结果以及试验结果进行对比,可以发现此方法能较好地预测钢结构疲劳裂纹形成寿命。
The basic principle of local stress-strain method was introduced and used by modifying the elastic part of strain-life curve and the modified Neuber method with a variable Kf to expound the prediction equation of fatigue crack initiation life of steel structures.The calculated results of the traditional local stress-strain method and the modified local stress-strain method proposed in the paper were compared with the test results through a case study.The proposed method could predict the fatigue crack initiation life of steel structures well and provide practical meaning for application.
