摘要
毂型节点连接是空间单层网壳结构主要的节点连接形式之一。对空间单层网壳结构进行模拟仿真分析时,连接节点通常按刚性节点处理,杆件除承受轴力外,还承受较大的弯矩,但是目前相关规范对此类结构尚无设计方法。采用理想弹塑性应力-应变关系和vonMises屈服准则、同时考虑几何非线性与接触非线性的影响,建立了毂型节点的有限元模型,对其在轴力与弯矩共同作用下的受力性能进行了大量非线性有限元仿真计算,进而得出极限弯矩与极限轴力对节点极限承载力的影响。
Hub-type joint connection is one of the main joint connection forms of the spatial single-layer reticulated structure.When simulating and analyzing the spatial single-layer reticulated shell structure,the joint are usually treated as the rigid joints.In addition to the axial force,the rods also bear considerable bending moments,but there are still gaps in the design of the current specification.In the paper,the ideal elastoplastic stress-strain relationship and von Mises yield criterion were considered,and the effects of geometric nonlinearity and contact nonlinearity were considered.The finite element model of the hub-type joint was established,which was combined with axial force and bending moment.A large number of nonlinear finite element simulation calculations were performed on the force performance.Furthermore,the influence of the ultimate bending moment and the ultimate axial force on the ultimate bearing capacity of the joint was obtained.
