摘要
雨棚结构是建筑物常见的附属结构之一,通常位于建筑物下方,起到遮风挡雨的作用。大跨度造型各异的雨棚可以美化建筑物,但对施工带来了较高的难度。提出了一种高效的复杂雨棚构件安装方法,通过采用有限元软件分析、分段分节优化、安装方法优化、支撑胎架布置等一系列措施,可以精确实现空间双曲异形悬挑雨棚结构的安装作业,且可以显著提高安装效率,大幅节省塔吊的起吊次数。
The canopy structure is one of the common adjunctive structures of a building,which is usually located at the lower part of the building and serves as a shelter against wind and rain.The long-span canopy with different shapes can beautify the buildings,but it is more difficult to construct.An efficient and effective installation method for complex canopy component was proposed.By using a series of measures such as finite element analysis,subsection optimization,installation method optimization,temporary support layout,the installation efficiency was significantly improved,and the tower crane lifting times were greatly reduced.
