超大吨位连续梁桥支座更换施工技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 桥梁支座由于自身缺陷,以及设计、施工、使用过程中的不利影响出现病害,影响了桥梁的正常使用。针对某城际铁路连续梁桥主墩支座更换工程实例,对超大吨位支座更换施工技术进行总结,通过同步顶升设备及倒序施工方法,成功实现了超大吨位支座的安全、快速更换。 Bridge supports are damaged due to their own defects and adverse effects during design,construction and operation,which affect the normal use of bridges.Aiming at the replacement project of the main pier support of a continuous intercity railway continuous beam bridge,the replacement construction techniques of the super-large tonnage support were summarized.Through the synchronous lifting equipment and the method of construction in reverse order,the safe and rapid replacement of the super-large tonnage support were successfully realized.
