摘要
为了查明不连沟煤矿F6207工作面运输巷掘进工作面前方构造的类型、富水性和范围,采用音频电透、瞬变电磁、直流电法等物探方法和井下钻探,对巷道隐伏构造进行探查。物探结果表明:在19号硐室前方180m附近,存在物探异常区,且具有导水性。结合井下钻探,确定该构造异常区为导水陷落柱,位于巷道掘进工作面正前方37.63m处,其长轴约66m,短轴约42m。提出了"两轮注浆+堵水效果检测"的防治措施,设计了治理方案和钻孔参数;并根据治理方案,采用静压分段下行式循环充填注浆、静压分段下行式循环裂隙注浆2种注浆工艺,成功治理了富水陷落柱,实现了安全掘进。
In order to determine the type,water-rich and scope of the geological structure in front of the driving face of the transportation roadway in F6207 working face of Buliangou Coal Mine,the audio frequency,transient electromagnetic,direct current geophysical prospecting and underground drilling were used to explore the buried geological structure of the roadway.The results showed that there was a geophysical anomaly area with water conductivity near 180 m in front of the 19 th chamber.Combined with downhole drilling,the structure anomaly area was determined as a water guiding collapse column,and it was located at 37.63 mstraight ahead of the heading end of the roadway,its long axis was about 66 m,the short axis was about 42 m.The prevention and control measures of"three-round grouting mode+water plugging effect detection"were put forward,and the static grouting process was carried out by static pressure sectioned down-flow circulating filling grouting and static pressure sub-staged cyclic cracking.The water-rich collapse column was successfully controlled and safe excavation was realized.
