结构/机构一体化空间可展开复合材料柔性伸杆的设计 被引量:2

摘要 为了满足空间探测的需求,文章提出一种结构/机构一体化空间可展开复合材料柔性伸杆设计。该伸杆以结构自身所包含的长通孔作为柔性关节,利用柔性关节的弯曲势能,实现其180°折叠展开功能。首先,研究影响该伸杆刚度和强度的主要设计参数,并综合考虑伸杆的制造工艺要求以及实际使用状态,确定了该伸杆的最终设计状态。然后,对该柔性伸杆的展开状态进行模态分析,并对其柔性关节进行折叠展开试验。最后,测量该柔性伸杆的重复折叠展开指向精度。模态分析结果表明:带探测计负载的伸杆展开状态的一阶频率为15. 80Hz,二阶频率为17. 22Hz,满足设计指标要求。折叠展开试验结果表明:伸杆柔性关节的折叠展开性能良好,满足设计要求。指向精度测量结果表明:伸杆重复折叠展开10次后,偏差角的6σ值为0. 00828,重复折叠展开指向精度较高,满足使用要求。结构/机构一体化空间可展开复合材料柔性伸杆的结构设计方案合理可行,可适用于多种航天器及多类空间探测任务。 To meet the needs of space exploration,a kind of integrated structure-mechanism space deployable composite flexible boom is designed. The boom contains a long through hole as the flexible joint,which provides potential energy to realize 180 degrees folding and expanding. The final design state of the boom was determined by studying design parameters which influence the boom stiffness and strength and considering manufacturing process as well as application condition.Then,modals of the boom expanding state was analyzed,and the folding and expanding performance of the flexible joint was measured. Finally,the pointing accuracy of repeated folding and expanding was measured. The modal analysis results show that the first-order modal frequency of the boom is 15. 80 Hz and the second-order modal frequency of the boom is 17.22 Hz under the load at the expansion state,which meet the design requirement. The folding and expanding test results show that the flexible joint of the boom has excellent folding and expanding performance. The pointing accuracy experimental results show that the 6σ of deviation angle of the boom is 0. 00828 after folding and expanding 10 times,which indicate high repeat pointing accuracy and meet the application requirement. In a word,the structural design of the integrated structuremechanism space deployable composite flexible boom is reasonable and feasible. It can be applied varieties of spacecrafts or space exploration missions.
