摘要
随着我国航空航天事业的飞速发展,对微波器件的功率容量要求也变得越来越高,其受低气压放电效应影响的问题也越来越突出,建立有效的低气压放电检测方法也就变得尤为重要和迫切。为提高低气压放电效应检测的灵敏度,文章研究了一种利用调零系统搭建的低气压放电效应测试平台来检测微波器件是否发生低气压放电的方法。首先,基于相位相消理论分析了调零系统应用于低气压放电测试的工作原理;其次,通过同频信号相位叠加实验对理论计算结果进行了验证,结果表明:相比于直接检测待测件反射信号幅度变化的传统低气压放电效应检测方法,调零法具有灵敏度显著增强的优点;最后,在100Pa^4500Pa的气压范围内,利用所搭建的测试平台对S波段的微带带通滤波器进行了低气压放电测试,结果表明:该测试平台可以根据调零信号的变化,有效实现对微波器件的低气压放电效应进行检测。
With the rapid development of space technology,the requirement of power capacity for microwave device is higher and higher. Meanwhile,the affection by the low pressure discharge is becoming more prominent. So,the establishment of low pressure discharge means is particularly important. In order to improve the detection sensitivity in low pressure discharge effect test,a test platform based on a nulling system is studied to detect the occurrence of discharge in microwave components. Firstly,the principle of signal nulling used in the platform is analyzed theoretically. Secondly,a group of signal nulling measurements are performed for verification. It is shown that the obtained experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical predictions. Both of them show that,compared with the traditional discharge detection method in which the magnitude of the reflected signal from the device under test is used as the indicator for discharge occurrence,the nulling method is more sensitive. Finally,microstrip band-pass filter is tested using the constructed test platform. It is found that the system is able to effectively realize the detection of low pressure discharge effect of microwave devices.
