创新驱动视角下长沙创新型高铁新城建设机理研究

摘要 高铁新城建设能够推动以高铁为主体的城市化进程、促进经济增长。但研究发现已有高铁新城建设存在功能定位、规划、空间布局等趋同,并引起同质化竞争局面。文章基于触媒理论对长沙建设创新型高铁新城的机理进行研究,认为高铁站点作为城市触媒,通过虹吸效应、创新效应和集聚效应促进高铁经济发展,并形成创新型高铁新城。研究对于合理规划高铁新城建设具有理论和实践意义。 The construction of high-speed rail new town can promote the urbanization process with high-speed rail as the main body and promote economic growth. However, it is found that the existing high-speed rail new town construction has the convergence of functional positioning, planning, spatial layout and so on, and leads to the situation of homogenization competition. Based on the CatalystsTheory, this paper studies the mechanism of building an innovative high-speed rail city in Changsha, and holds that the high-speed rail station, as an urban catalyst, promotes the economic development of high-speed rail through siphon effect, innovation effect and agglomeration effect, and forms an innovative high-speed rail new city. The research is of theoretical and practical significance for the rational planning of high-speed rail new town construction.
