煤层瓦斯治理底抽巷位置优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 为解决煤层中瓦斯突出煤层底抽巷多次采掘扰动下支护的难题,以淖尔壕煤矿己1406工作面4-2煤北翼,底抽巷为例,采用数值分析的方法,研究底抽巷内错、外错两种布置方式下围岩的变形特征与应力分布规律,结果表明:内错布置时底抽巷两帮移近量较大,巷道整体处于低应力区,外错布置时顶板下沉量大且两帮垂直应力集中系数分别为2.6、2.2,底抽巷服务周期长,巷道长期处于高应力环境,不利于巷道的稳定,确定合理的布置方式为内错布置。提出左帮密集锚杆支护、整体让压的底抽巷内错布置围岩控制技术,应用于实践,取得了良好的工程效果。 In order to solve the problem of multiple mining disturbance support of bottom drainage roadway in gas outburst coal seam, this paper takes the north wing of 4-2 coal in Naoerhao Coal Mine as an example, the deformation characteristics and stress distribution law of surrounding rock under the internal and external layout of bottom drainage roadway are studied using the method of numerical analysis. The results show: when the inner fault is arranged, the two sides of the bottom drainage roadway move closer to each other, and the roadway as a whole is in the low stress area;when the outer fault is arranged, the roof subsidence is large, the vertical stress concentration factors of the two sides are 2.6 and 2.2 respectively;the service period of the bottom pumping roadway is long, and the roadway is in a high stress environment for a long time. All this is not conducive to the stability of the roadway. In this paper, the control technology of misarranged surrounding rock in the bottom pumping roadway with dense bolt support on the left side, and integral pressure is put forward, which has been applied to practice and achieved good engineering results.
