基于SPSS分析的陕西省土地集约利用评价及空间差异分析

文章以SPSS22.0软件为平台,运用主成分分析法和聚类分析法对陕西省11个市区的土地集约利用情况进行评价,将各市区的土地集约利用程度分为高度、中度、低度集约利用区和粗放利用区4个类型,并指出陕西省土地集约利用程度空间特征,即关中地区较高,陕南地区次之,陕北地区较低;最后分析了土地集约利用影响因素,为提高陕西省土地集约利用率提供参考。

Using SPSS22.0 software, this paper evaluates the intensive land use in 11 urban areas of Shaanxi Province by means of principal component analysis (PCA) and cluster analysis. The degree of intensive land use in each urban area is divided into four types: high, moderate, low intensive use area and extensive use area. It is pointed out that the spatial characteristics of land intensive use degree in Shaanxi Province, that is, Guanzhong area is higher, Southern Shaanxi area is the second, and Northern Shaanxi area is lower. Finally, the influencing factors of land intensive use are analyzed in order to provide reference for improving the utilization rate of land intensive use in Shaanxi Province.
