科研院所在成果转移转化中存在的问题及建议

促进科技成果转移转化已成为实施创新驱动发展战略的重要任务,科研院所作为我国科研体系极重要的组成部分,普遍存在科技成果转化率低、转化渠道不畅、科技成果不容乐观的状况,结合我市科技成果转移转化工作的持续推进与实施,文章探讨了科研院所在成果转移转化过程中存在的问题并提出参考建议。

Promoting the transference and transformation of scientific and technological achievements has become an important task in implementing the strategy of innovation-driven development. Scientific research institutes, as a very important part of China's scientific research system, generally have the situation of low conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements, poor transformation channels, and unoptimistic scientific and technological achievements. In view of the continuous promotion and implementation of the transference and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in our city. This paper discusses the problems existing in the process of achievement transference and transformation in scientific research institutes and puts forward some suggestions.
