基于精益建造的高速公路中小桥梁预制安装关键技术研究

精益建造实质上是一种生产管理技术,其核心理念是高效化、精细化、只做有价值的工作。文章的研究出发点就是基于精益建造理论,从高速公路中小桥梁预制安装过程中的预制构件生产、运输、拼装及吊装、施工管理等四个方面,分析和识别出的各个环节的浪费并逐一消除,以节约成本。

Lean construction is essentially a kind of production management technology, and its core idea is high efficiency, refinement and valuable work only. Based on the lean construction theory, this paper starts withfour aspects, i.e. production, transportation, assembly and hoisting, and construction management of prefabricated components in the process of prefabrication and installation of small-and medium-sized bridges of the highway, analyzes and identifies the waste of each link, and eliminates one by one, in order to save the cost.
