论山岭区中短隧道“零开挖,单向出洞”施工工法在怀阳项目中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目前在中短隧道施工中采用“零开挖,单向出洞”的施工工法较少,为打破传统的隧道贯通方式,结合现场实际,取消设计长管棚,对洞口边仰坡实现“零开挖,单向出洞”工法,该工法节约工程成本,技术可靠,安全和使用效果皆能满足要求,节约工期,减小洞身初支结构的变形,最大限度保护生态环境,对类似的工程具有重要参考意义,具有显著的社会、经济效益。 At present,"zero excavation" is adopted in the construction of medium and short tunnels, and the construction method of "one-way exit" is seldom adopted. In order to break the traditional tunnel connection mode, according to the field practice, the design of long pipe shed is cancelled, and the construction method of "zero excavation, one-way exit" is realized for the slope of the entrance of the tunnel. This construction method can help save the project cost, reliable technology, safety and use effect can meet the requirements, shorten the construction period, and reduce the deformation of the initial branch structure of the tunnel. The maximum protection of the ecological environment has important reference significance for similar projects and has significant social and economic benefits.
