摘要
基于线性弹簧结构的分析,单一的弹簧很难设计出结构符合复杂的力学要求,为了合理使用弹簧的力学特性,综合使用分段弹簧设计的的方法,设计出一种能够解决复杂力学模型的结构,综合考虑材料,使用寿命,结构简单的原则,遵从发现问题,分析问题,解决问题的流程,结合具体的设计实例,期望设计有实际的使用价值,同时也阐述了需要注意的问题。
Based on the analysis of the linear spring structure, it is difficult to design a single spring to meet the complex mechanical requirements. In order to rationally use the mechanical properties of the spring, a segmented spring design method is used to design a structure that can solve complex mechanical models. Comprehensive consideration of materials, service life, simple structure, compliance with the problem of discovery, analysis of problems, process of solving problems, combined with specific design examples, the expected design has practical use value, but also elaborates the problems that need attention.
