Current Situation of Government Affair Service Standardization and Strategy Research on Dalian City

政务服务标准化,是创新社会管理并推动政府管理向科学化、规范化和标准化发展的重要途径。本文介绍了政务服务标准化在国内外的发展历程及大连市行政服务中心近年来的实践状况,并结合大连市政务服务自身的特点及要求,提出了政务服务标准化建设未来发展的建议。

Government affair service(GAS) standardization is an important way for the innovation in social management, and promoting the scientific and standardized development of government management. This paper introduces the development of government affair service standardization in China and practices at the administrative service center of Dalian city in recent years, proposing some suggestions on the future development of standardization of government service based on its own characteristics and requirements.
