摘要
武汉市中小企业质量提升工程已开展实施三年,通过策划、实施、检查、改进的方式,不断创新服务模式,改进服务项目,践行质量第一、效益优先的要求,助力企业开展各类质量提升行动。在长期的实践中,质量提升工程发挥标准引领的作用,并将服务标准化引入项目管理,逐渐总结出质量提升服务标准化的方法和要求,并按照PDCA的管理方法对各类项目进行全过程控制,提高项目实施精准度和质量水平,持续为更多中小企业提供技术支持。
The Small and Medium Enterprises(SMEs) Quality Improvement Project has been held in Wuhan city for three years. Through the way of plan-do-check-action model, the service pattern and content of project have been adjusted annually. With the requirements of "quality first, priority to efficiency", this project provides many kinds of quality improvement activities for SMEs. In three years practice, standards play an important role in project operation, and the way of service standardization has been used in project management. The suitable methods and requirements have been found during the application, and the PDCA theory is applied in whole process control and management. In that way, quality and particularrget have been improved, and more and more EMEs join in the project and accept the appropriate technical supports.
