通过质量攻关缩短砾石充填完井施工时间

Reducing Construction Time of Gravel Filling Completion by Tackling Key Quality Problems

针对砾石充填完井过程中由于冲管吊卡设计不合理、井内有沉砂段、敞口漏斗加砂效率低、对接信号不明显而导致完井时间延长的问题,通过质量攻关缩短砾石充填完井施工时间。组建了质量攻关小组,对影响砾石充填完井施工时间的8条末端因素进行逐项分析,确定了其中4条重要因素,并对4条重要因素制定了改进措施。措施实施结果表明,通过质量攻关活动成功将砾石充填完井施工时间由原来的108h降低到72h以内,达到了提质增效的目的。

In order to solve the problem of long completion time caused by unreasonable design of flushing pipe elevator,sand-sinking section in well,low sand-adding efficiency of open funnel and inconspicuous docking signal in gravel filling completion process,the construction time of gravel filling completion is shortened by tackling key quality problems.A quality tackling team was set up,the eight end factors affecting the construction time of gravel filling completion were analyzed one by one,of which four important factors were determined,and improvement measures were formulated for four important factors.The results show that the construction time of gravel filling completion is reduced from 108 h to 72 h by tackling key quality problems successfully,and the purpose of improving quality and efficiency is achieved.
