运用QC方法提高辽河油田重点区带评价优选质量

Using QC Method to Improve Evaluation and Optimization Quality of Key Zones in Liaohe Oilfield

分析了辽河油田当前的勘探形势,认为加强区带评价优选既是形势要求也是工作需要。经过调查确定了勘探类型复杂、地质评价难度大,影响重点区带评价优选的主要因素。运用质量管理方法从人员、设备、资料、环境、方法5个方面找出了主要原因和次要原因。其中,区带评价方式单一、参数不客观为要因,针对要因制定了相应对策。通过建立区带评价优选模板,定量表征影响区带评价优选的关键因素;综合考虑多方因素,分领域提出对应的评价参数、赋值标准、计算公式及结果分类标准,研究结果为预测辽河油田新增石油储量和勘探业务发展计划提供了依据。

The current exploration situation in Liaohe Oilfield is analyzed,and it is considered that strengthening the evaluation and optimization of zones is both the requirement of the situation and the need of the work.The blocks with complex exploration types and difficult geological evaluation,as well as the factors affecting the evaluation and optimization of key zones are determined through investigation.Using quality management method,the main and secondary reasons are found out from five aspects: personnel,equipment,data,environment and methods.The main reasons are that the evaluation mode of zones is single and the evaluation parameters are not objective.The corresponding countermeasures are formulated for the main reasons.Quantitative characterization of key factors affecting the evaluation and optimization of zones by establishing zone evaluation and optimization template.Considering many factors comprehensively,the corresponding evaluation parameters,evaluation criteria,calculation formulas and classification criteria of results are put forward in different fields.The results provide a basis for the prediction of new oil reserves and the development plan of exploration business in Liaohe Oilfield.
