摘要 根据澳标进行油气管道的线路设计是澳洲地区相关工程的基本要求,线路设计中应明确澳标与常规设计方法的差异。这些差异包括建立地理信息系统(GIS)数据集用于路由选线与优化,地区等级量测范围的计算,主要地区等级、次要地区等级的分类,钢管壁厚计算及其校核的要点,阀室设置间距的原则与工程经验等;另外安全管理研究(SMS)也作为线路设计中的一项重要内容,用于分析和评估管道高后果事件及其应对策略。了解掌握这些设计差异对澳洲地区管道线路设计有重要的指导意义。 It is the basic requirement of pipeline engineering in Australia to design oil and gas pipeline according to Australian Standard.The differences between Australian Standard and conventional design method should be clarified in pipeline design.These differences include the establishment of geographic information system (GIS) data sets for routing selection and optimization of pipelines,the calculation of measurement range of regional grade,the classification of major and minor regional grades,the essentials of pipe wall thickness calculation and its check,the principle and engineering experience for design of valve compartment spacing.In addition,safety management research (SMS) is also an important part of pipeline design,which is used to analyze and evaluate high-consequence pipeline incidents and their coping strategies.Understanding these differences has important guiding significance for design of pipelines in Australia.
