摘要
近年来,随着大斜度井、大位移井、开窗井、水平井、定向井的大量应用,而钻井设计上又以节约成本、缩短钻井周期为出发点,致使井身质量得不到保障。这些井的井身结构比较特殊,增加了井下情况的复杂程度,造成测井过程中遇阻、遇卡工程事故频频发生。不但影响正常生产和资料的录取,甚至还会造成严重的经济损失,更严重的有可能导致整井报废。通过对华北油田冀中地区近几年来发生的遇阻卡事故分析,总结了发生遇阻卡的主要原因并给出预防建议。
In recent years,large deviation wells,extended reach wells,windowing wells,horizontal wells and directional wells have been widely used,however,the starting point of drilling design is to save costs and shorten drilling cycle,which results in the quality of wellbore not being guaranteed.The special wellbore structure of these wells increases the complexity of the downhole situation,resulting in frequent sticking of logging tool in the logging process,which not only affects normal production and data acquisition,but also causes serious economic losses,and even leads to the abandonment of the whole well.Based on the analysis of logging tool sticking accidents in Jizhong area of North China Oilfield in recent years,the main causes of sticking are summarized and some preventive suggestions are proposed.
