开放式创新视角下企业创新路径选择与影响因素研究

Research on Enterprise Innovation Path Choice and Influencing Factors from the Perspective of Open Innovation

为了解苏南制造业在开放式创新方面的发展现状,通过调查近300家企业的相关数据,以企业管理、技术合作、企业研发、资本运营和企业学习等5个维度,分析企业对待不同创新资源选择路径,以结构方程模型和中介调节模型为基础,建立一个多属性带有中介调节功能的结构方程复合新模型,并对模型进行路径假设、评估与校验,验证了模型各构成维度间和各测量变量间有着特定联系。同时,在企业创新战略导向、绩效导向需求框架内,从开放式创新促进因素和抑制因素2个方面,详细分析了企业对各项指标采取不同应对方法的原因,展现出企业在创新过程中一些战略动机、选择路径、取向性偏好和内外部影响因素。调查分析、研究结果显示,苏南制造业技术创新活动,更多地关注绩效而非自身创新能力的提高;创新的路径主要是以引技术进、产学研合作等传统方式,全球化创新方式运用得较少,因此,该地区制造业开放式创新,整体上仍处于兴起、发展的阶段。

In order to grasp the development status of manufacturing in the southern Jiangsu province in open innovation,throught the investigation of data of nearly 300 plus enterprises,taking the five dimensions of management,cooperation,R&D,capital and learning,this paper examined the path of enterprise’s treatment of different innovative resources,established a new model of structural equation composite with mediating adjustment function based on structural equation model and intermediary regulation model,and made path hypothesis for the model.The evaluation and verification verify that there is a specific relationship between the constituent dimensions of the model and the measured variables.Meanwhile,the reasons were analyzed why enterprises respond to various indexes from two aspects of open innovation promotion factors and disincentives,and demonstrated some strategic motivations,choice paths,orientation preferences and internal and external factors in the process of innovation.The results also showed that the path of enterprise innovation choice pay more attention to performance-related than their own ability.The way is mainly the traditional way of introducing foreign technology,industry-university-research cooperation and so on.However,global innovation ways are used less.Therefore,the open innovation of manufacturing industry in this area is still in the stage of rise and development.
