摘要 文中旨在梳理企业创新系统演化机制并探讨出衡量企业创新举措成效的方法。研究方法以对比分析法为主:首先借助企业综合演化理论,认为在企业综合演化模型中的“企业变异”与“环境选择”可以引入到企业创新的成效分析上来;其次探究了运用耗散结构理论研究企业创新系统的可行性;紧接着进行了熵变分析的知识探讨,分析结果表明企业创新的演化过程是一个由系统内部的正熵值到不断从环境中引入负墒流的过程;最后得出结论即熵变为负,系统熵值降低则表明企业创新得以被环境选择,该创新举措有成效。文末将结论进行实际案例应用,借此为评价企业创新系统演化成效提供依据。 This paper aims to analyze the evolution mechanism of enterprise innovation system and discuss the method of measuring the effectiveness of enterprise innovation measures.The research method is mainly based on the comparative analysis method:firstly,based on the theory of comprehensive evolution of enterprises,it is believed that “enterprise variation” and “environmental choice” in the comprehensive evolution model of enterprises can be introduced into the effectiveness analysis of enterprise innovation;Secondly,the feasibility of using dispersion structure theory to study enterprise innovation system is explored.Then the knowledge of entropy change analysis is discussed.The analysis results show that the evolution of enterprise innovation is a process from the positive entropy value inside the system to the continuous introduction of negative entropy flow from the environment.Finally,the conclusion is that the entropy becomes negative and the system entropy is reduced,which shows that the enterprise innovation can be selected by the environment.This innovation measure is effective.At the end of the paper,the conclusions are applied in practical cases to provide a basis for evaluating the evolutionary effectiveness of the enterprise innovation system.
