高职院校毕业生就业观变化及引导对策研究

Research on the Change of Employment View of Graduates in Higher Vocational Colleges and the Guiding Measures

正确的就业观是当前高职院校毕业生顺利就业的关键。以常州市某高职院校毕业生就业情况为依据,分析当代高职院校毕业生就业观,指出毕业生存在择业就业中期望值过高、定位不准确的就业观偏差。从外部培养环境中看,存在政府就业导向力度不够、社会观念存在偏见以及学校教育培养的人才不能迅速适应岗位等问题。要改变这种状况,需从学生、学校、政府三方出发寻找解决途径。

Correct employment concept is the key to successful employment of graduates in higher vocational colleges.Based on the employment situation of graduates from a higher vocational college in Changzhou,this paper analyses the employment outlook of contemporary higher vocational college graduates,and points out that graduates have too high expectations and inaccurate orientation in jobhunting and employment.From the external training environment,there are some problems,such as insufficient government employment orientation,prejudices in social concepts,and the inability of school-educated talents to adapt quickly to their posts.This paper tries to solve the employment problem from different point of views of government,higher vocational colleges and graduates themselves.
