摘要
[目的]探讨中青年高血压患者血压水平与同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、血尿酸(UA)、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)的相关性。[方法]选取2017年8月至2018年11月就诊的中青年高血压患者68例,以血压水平分为高血压病1级组(23例),高血压病2级组(25例),高血压病3级组(20例),比较3组患者的一般资料,检测并比较3组Hcy、UA、hsCRP水平,分析其与血压水平的相关性。[结果]3组患者Hcy、UA、hsCRP的水平随着血压分级的升高而升高,3组间有统计学差异(P<0.01);进行两两比较,发现高血压病1级组与高血压病2级组,以及高血压病1级组与高血压病3级组Hcy、UA、hsCRP水平有统计学差异(P<0.05);经Pearson相关分析,血清Hcy、UA、hsCRP与收缩压水平呈正相关(r1=0.573、r2=0.706、r3=0.711,P<0.01),Hcy、hsCRP与舒张压水平呈正相关(r4=0.421、r5=0.566,P<0.01)。[结论]中青年高血压患者中,Hcy、UA、hsCRP与血压水平相关,监测其水平并设法干预对高血压病的防治提供了思路及依据。
[Objective]To explore the correlation between blood pressure level and homocysteine(Hcy), serum uric acid(UA) and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hsCRP) in young and middle-aged patients with hypertension. [Methods]Sixty-eight young and middle-aged hypertension patients treated from August 2017 to November 2018 were selected. According to the blood pressure level, they were divided into hypertension grade 1 group(23 cases), hypertension grade 2 group(25 cases) and hypertension grade 3 group(20 cases). The general data of three groups were compared. Hcy and UA and hsCRP level of three groups were detected and compared, and the relationship between these and blood pressure level was analyzed.[Results]With the increasing of blood pressure grade, Hcy and UA and hsCRP level in the three groups increased, and the difference of groups was statistically significant(P<0.01);Comparing any two groups, the Hcy and UA and hsCRP difference of grade 1 group and grade 2 group, and grade 1 group and grade 3 group were statistically significant(P<0.05). Using Pearson correlation analysis, we found that serum Hcy and UA and hsCRP were positively correlated with systolic blood pressure(r1=0.573,r2=0.706,r3=0.711,P<0.01),and Hcy and hsCRP were positively correlated with diastolic blood pressure(r4=0.421,r5=0.566,P<0.01).[Conclusion]In young and middle-aged patients with hypertension, Hcy and UA and hs CRP are related to blood pressure level. Monitoring their level and trying to intervene these indicators provide ideas and basis for the prevention and treatment of hypertension.
