摘要
利用人工培养得到蝉花虫草子实体,初步探究其培养条件,采用分光光度法测定其粗多糖和虫草酸含量,采用HPLC法测定虫草素含量。结果表明,当培养基中蝉蛹粉比例为25%、料液比为2.4时,蝉花虫草子实体干重最高,子实体中粗多糖、虫草酸、虫草素含量分别为110.0 mg·g^-1、38.62 mg·g^-1、0.323 2 mg·g^-1,均高于神农架野生蝉花虫草子实体的;与大别山野生蝉花虫草子实体相比,除粗多糖含量相对较低外,其它2种活性物质含量均较高,但都低于人工培养蛹虫草子实体。
We obtained the fruiting body of Cordyceps cicadae through artificial culture,and preliminarily studied the culture conditions.Moreover,we determined the contents of crude polysaccharides and cordycepic acid in the fruiting body by spectrophotometry,and determined the content of cordycepin by HPLC.The results show that when the proportion of pupa powder in the medium is 25% and the solid-liquid ratio is 2.4,the dry weight of fruiting body of Cordyceps cicadae is the highest,and the contents of crude polysaccharides,cordycepic acid,and cordycepin of the fruiting body are 110.0 mg·g^-1,38.62 mg·g^-1,and 0.323 2 mg·g^-1,respectively,which are higher than those of the wild Cordyceps cicadae from Shennongjia Forest.Furthermore,compared with the Cordyceps cicadae from Dabieshan Mountain,the contents of cordycepic acid and cordycepin in the fruiting body of Cordyceps cicadae are higher levels except crude polysaccharides,while which are all lower than those of the cultured fruiting body of Cordyceps militaris.
