响应面法优化陕产枇杷核多酚的提取及体外抗氧化活性研究 被引量:5

Optimization in Extraction of Shannxi Loquat Core Polyphenols by Response Surface Methodology and Antioxidant Activity of Polyphenols in vitro

摘要 在单因素实验的基础上,以多酚提取率为响应值,以乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数、液料比为考察因素,优化枇杷核多酚提取工艺,并对提取物进行体外抗氧化活性研究。结果表明,枇杷核多酚的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度70%、提取时间163 min、提取次数2次、料液比1∶23(g∶mL),多酚平均提取率为1.527%。对该条件下提取的多酚进行DPPH自由基清除率测定,结果表明,枇杷核多酚的抗氧化活性显著优于VC。该法优化的提取工艺条件合理,得到的多酚抗氧化活性较强,可进一步开发利用。 Using the extraction rate of polyphenols as a response value,and ethanol concentration,extraction time,extraction times,and liquid-solid ratio as factors,we optimized the extraction process of loquat core polyphenols by response surface methodologies on the basis of single-factor experiments,and investigated the antioxidant activity of extracts in vitro.The results show that the average extraction rate of loquat core polyphenols is 1.527% under the optimal extraction process as follows:the ethanol concentration of 70%,the extraction time of 163 min,the extraction times of 2,and the liquid-solid ratio of 1∶23(g∶mL).The results of the determination of DPPH free radical scavenging rate by loquat core polyphenols indicate that the antioxidant activity of loquat core polyphenols is significantly better than that of VC.The optimal extraction process is reasonable,and the obtained polyphenols have good antioxidant activity.The optimal extraction process can be further developed for application.
