基于MDD的高炉炼铁多态系统可靠性分析

摘要 针对高炉炼铁系统组件存在多状态的特点,提出一种基于多值决策图(MDD)的高炉炼铁多态系统可靠性分析方法。首先对多状态系统的组件建立多值决策图,然后结合组件之间的逻辑关系建立整个系统的多值决策图,利用全概率计算公式并结合多值决策图模型对高炉炼铁多态系统进行可靠性分析。最后通过实例分析验证了所提方法的正确性和高效性。 Aiming at the multi-state characteristics of blast furnace ironmaking system components, a reliability analysis method of blast furnace ironmaking multi-state system based on multi-value decision diagram (MDD) is proposed. Firstly, the multi-value decision- making diagram of the components of the multi-state system is established, and then the multi-value decision-making diagram of the whole system is established based on the logical relationship between the components. The reliability of the multi-state system of blast furnace ironmaking is analyzed by using the full probability formula and the multi-value decision-making diagram model. Finally, an example is given to verify the correctness and efficiency of the proposed method.
