摘要
为了降低航空驾驶学校的运营成本,提出了一种基于飞行训练周期的机队规划方法,将飞行训练周期分割为以小时为单位的任务单元,建立以学员和任务单元为基础的排班框架,以此优化教练机的分配。通过统计教练机使用情况,得到航校所需机队规模和机型结构。以运营成本最低为目标函数,建立0—1整数规划模型,并采用自适应遗传算法仿真求解。结果显示此方法可以合理优化机队结构,降低航校的运营成本。
In order to reduce the operating cost of aviation driving schools, a flight planning cycle-based fleet planning method is proposed . This method achieves the goal of optimizing the trainer aircraft scheme by dividing the flight training cycle into task units in hours and establishing a scheduling framework based on the trainees and task units. By counting the use of the trainer, the size and model structure of the fleet required by the aviation school are obtained. Taking the lowest operating cost as the objective function , a 0-1 integer programming model is established and simulated by adaptive genetic algorithm. The results show that this method can reasonably optimize the fleet structure and reduce the operating costs of the aviation school.
