摘要
为帮助生产者避免因应力集中而出现接管断裂的情况,提出了一种基于有限元分析的弹性应力分析方法,对空冷器管箱接管进行强度分析。分析有限元仿真计算的结果,得出最大应力位于管箱接管的连接位置。同时,依据《ASME锅炉压力容器规范》对其进行了应力强度评定,验证了设计的安全性和合理性,并基于分析结果提出改进措施,为相关工程设计提供了参考依据。
To help producers avoid nozzle fracture due to stress concentration, an elastic stress analysis method based on finite element analysis is provided to stress analysis of nozzle in air cooler tube box. According to the analysis of the results of finite element simulation calculation, it is concluded that the maximum stress lies in the connecting position of the nozzle and the tube box. At the same time, according to ASME boiler pressure vessel specification, the stress intensity of the nozzles was evaluated, which verified the safety and rationality of the design. Through the analysis of the results, the improvement measures were put forward to provide reference for the design of related projects.
