摘要 基于逆向工程技术及CAD/CAM技术的平台,针对某一工艺品的点云模型文件,利用逆向工程软件Geomagic完成复杂曲面的NURBS曲面三维造型并进行误差分析。根据该复杂曲面零件的结构特点,合理制定加工工艺,运用UG软件生成多轴加工刀具轨迹及数控加工代码。最终经Vericut软件构建的双摆台五轴机床验证了数控程序的正确性。研究表明,利用逆向造型软件对复杂曲面产品进行NURBS曲面重构,结合CAD/CAM技术,不仅能高效地对复杂曲面产品进行二次设计,从而大大缩短产品开发周期,而且也能为复杂曲面零件的仿制加工提供依据。 Based on the platform of reverse engineering technology and CAD/CAM technology, the reverse modeling Geomagic software is used to complete the three-dimensional modeling of NURBS surface of complex surface and analyze the error for the point cloud model file of arts and crafts. According to the structural characteristics of the complex curved surface parts, the machining process is rationally formulated , and the UG software is used to generate the multi-axis machining tool path and the NC machining code. Finally, the dual-swing five-axis machine tool constructed by Vericut software is used to verify the correctness of the NC program. The above research shows that the use of reverse modeling software for NURBS surface reconstruction of complex curved products, combined with CAD/CAM technology, can not only effectively redesign the complex surface products, thus greatly shortening the product development cycle,but also provides a basis for the imitation processing of complex curved parts.
