Aiming at the problem of automatic counting of large quantities of balls, an automatic counting device for balls is designed, which solves the problem of stuck in the ball inlet and can launch the ball to the loading area. In this paper, the structure and working principle of ball counting device are introduced in detail from the aspects of overall design, mechanical system and control system. The ball automatic counting device has the advantages of simple structure and low manufacturing cost, and can be used for accurate counting and quantitative packing of large quantities of balls.
