离心转游乐设施桁架断裂原因分析 被引量:1

摘要 某游乐园离心转设施在载人运行过程中一侧座舱的桁架中部突然断裂,通过对桁架断裂部位及距断裂部位较远位置取样材料进行化学及力学性能分析,对断裂部位取样进行断口宏观、焊缝组织、显微组织及扫描电镜断口分析,结合使用工况及技术文件,对桁架结构、材料、焊缝质量及断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:桁架存在结构缺陷及严重交变偏载问题,桁架弦杆、腹杆材料及焊接结构存在缺陷;维护不当,桁架西南弦杆断裂后未能及时发现,造成受损桁架长时间带伤服役。 During the operation of a centrifugal rotating facility in an amusement park, the middle of the truss of a cockpit suddenly broke. The chemical and mechanical properties of the materials sampled at the fracture site and far away from the fracture site of the truss were analyzed. Fracture macroscopical, weld microstructure, microstructural and scanning electron microscopic analysis were carried out at the fracture site. Based on the working conditions and technical documents, the truss structure, material, weld quality and fracture reasons are analyzed. The results show that there are structural defects and serious alternating eccentric load problems in truss, and there are defects in truss chord, web material and welding structure. Due to improper maintenance, the southwest chord of the truss was not found in time after breaking, which made the damaged truss work with injuries for a long time.
