摘要 从通风机外观质量、结构功能、防爆性能、绝缘电阻等方面检测鉴定该通风机是否符合设计和规范要求。检测结果表明:该通风机外观质量锈蚀、后导叶结构变形、集流器缺失、隔爆型电气设备防爆性能丧失、绝缘电阻与标准要求不符,不能满足使用要求。 From the aspects of appearance quality, structure and function, explosion-proof performance and insulation resistance, whether the ventilator meets the design and specification requirements is tested and appraised. The test results show that the appearance quality of the fan is corroded, the structure of the rear guide vane is deformed, the collector is missing, the explosion-proof performance of the explosion-proof electrical equipment is lost, and the insulation resistance is not in conformity with the standard requirements, so it can not meet the application requirements.
