主要对水电站门机起升减速机的高速齿轮轴断裂失效问题进行了分析。对高速齿轮断裂口取样实验分析,找出其中的原因,以便在后期的施工中采取预防措施。

This paper mainly analyzes the fracture failure of high-speed gear shaft of the portal hoist reducer of hydropower station, the fracture mouth of high-speed gear was sampled and analyzed to find out the reasons, so as to take preventive measures in the later construction.
