摘要
基于三菱PLCFX3U-32M、FX2N-20GM与人机界面GT1115,设计了一款实用性强、操作简单以及性价比高的三轴控制系统。重点分析了系统的硬件构成以及系统软件的设计。经实际测试表明:系统性能稳定,定位精度高。该设计方案精简实用,在实际工业环境中具有广泛的应用价值。
Based on Mitsubishi PLC FX3U-32M, FX2N-20GM and human-machine interface GT1115, a three-axis control system with strong practicability, simple operation and high cost performance was designed. The hardware structure of the system and the design of the system software are emphatically analyzed. The actual test shows that the system has stable performance and high positioning accuracy. The design scheme is simple and practical, and has a wide range of application value in the actual industrial environment.
