摘要
为了解决室外环境使用小型交流电动工具不便的问题,设计了一款将12V铅酸蓄电池直流电源转换为220V交流电源的变换器(或逆变器)。由两个三极管及阻容元件组成一个无稳多谐振荡器,推动同样由两个大功率三极管组成的推挽式功率放大器,两个功放管交替导通,这两个导通电流各通过一个输出变压器的一次级绕组中的一半绕组,最后由输出变压器的二次级绕组输出一个由方波组成的220V交流电压。利用这种思路可以制作成一个便携式逆变器,方便大家使用多种小型电动工具。
In order to solve the inconvenient problem of using small AC electric tools in outdoor environment, a converter (or inverter) which converts the DC power supply of 12 V lead-acid battery into 220 V AC power supply is designed. It consists of two triodes and RC components that form an unstable multivibrator and pushes a push-pull power amplifier consisting of two high-power transistors, the two power amplifier tubes are alternately turned on. The two on-currents respectively pass through one half of the primary winding of an output transformer, and finally the secondary winding of the output transformer outputs a 220V AC voltage composed of a square wave.This idea can be used to make a portable inverter. It is convenient for everyone to use a variety of small power tools.
