摘要
介绍了系列中型变速器推式分离系统改进措施。通过改善分离系统润滑性能,减小分离轴承磨损,从而使分离轴承滑动更加顺畅;调整分离拨叉硬度,减少拨叉对轴承座的磨损,变速器装配时,在拨叉曲面涂抹润滑脂,减小拨叉与轴承间滑动磨损。
This paper describes the improvement measures for push separation system of series medium-sized transmission. The separation bearing slides more smoothly by improving the lubrication performance of the separation system and reducing the abrasion of the separation bearing;in order to reduce sliding wear between the fork and the bearing, measures are taken ,such as adjusting the hardness of the separating and shifting fork, reducing the wear of the fork on the bearing seat and applying grease on the surface of the fork during transmission assembly.
